Loksabha Exit Poll: Loksabha Election 2024: In the exit poll of Marathi television channel Lokshahi Lok Sabha Elections A major defeat of the ruling Mahayuti alliance in Maharashtra and a huge victory of the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi-India Block has been predicted.

In its exit poll, the channel has given 21 seats to the Mahayuti alliance of Shiv Sena-BJP-NCP and 26 seats to the Maha Vikas Aghadi-India Block of Congress-Shiv Sena (UBT)-NCP (Sharad Pawar) in the 48 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state. One seat has been shown to go to an independent candidate.

Who will get the shock?
The big leaders who have been predicted to lose include NCP (SP) working president Supriya Sule (Baramati), BJP’s Chhatrapati Udayanraje Bhosale (Satara), Narayan Rane (Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg), Navneet Rana (Amravati), Sudhir Mungantiwar (Chandrapur), VBA’s Prakash Ambedkar (Akola). The ruling coalition is seen facing a big setback in the region-wise exit polls.

Six seats in Mumbai: Mahayuti’s Shiv Sena (Mumbai South Central), BJP (Mumbai North), MVA’s Shiv Sena UBT (Mumbai South, Mumbai North West and Mumbai North East), and Congress (Mumbai North West) are shown winning.

Six seats in Konkan region: Mahayuti’s Shiv Sena (Kalyan and Thane), BJP (Bhiwandi and Palghar), NCP (Raigad), MVA’s Shiv Sena UBT (Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg) and Congress-NCP (Sharad Pawar) have been reported to have zero seats.

Six seats in North Maharashtra: Mahayuti’s BJP (Rawar, Jalgaon and Dhule), MVA’s Congress (Nandurbar), Shiv Sena UBT (Nashik), and NCP-Sharad faction (Dindori).

Ten seats in Vidarbha: Mahayuti’s BJP (Nagpur, Wardha and Akola), Shiv Sena (Ramtek, Buldhana), MVA’s Congress (Bhandara-Gondia, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Amravati), and Shiv Sena UBT (Yavatmal-Washim) are said to be winning.

Eight seats in Marathwada: Mahayuti’s BJP (Beed, Latur), MVA’s Congress (Jalna, Nanded), Shiv Sena UBT (Aurangabad, Hingoli, Osmanabad, Parbhani) are going to win. Twelve seats in Western Maharashtra: Mahayuti’s Shiv Sena (Maval), BJP (Pune, Ahmednagar), NCP (Baramati), MVA’s Congress (Solapur, Kolhapur), Shiv Sena UBT (Shirdi, Hatkanangale), NCP-SP (Satara, Shirur, Madha) and Independent (Sangli) are said to win.
